For some people rest is taking quiet moments, being out in nature and being pampered. For others its moving your body, getting active and trying something fun and new. This retreat you have the option to do both or either. Join what you want to get what you want. REST
When you take time out away from your every day life you can step back and see what is working for you and what isn't. This retreat gives you the opportunity to do exactly that. Learn what you need to change, what you can let go of, what you need more of and where to set boundaries and RESET.
It's ok to step away from your every day life. Give yourself permission. Slow down. It's not a race to the end. Take time for you and focus only on your needs. Return home with a new fresh focus on how to move forward in a better way. REFRESH yourself and everyone benefits.

8 -9 am yoga with Tanya
9 Delicious Healthy Breakfast
10.30-11.30 am Group Activity on Boundaries
12.00 Departure for Nyon Cascade, with outdoor Picnic lunch, Canyoning or Tree Top Trekking (not mandatory but very fun)
5-7pm free time - book an inhouse massage/facial/explore/sleep/chat
7pm - Dinner at Hideout RestaurantJacuzzi/Sauna/Free
10pm Wind down meditation and recap with Tanya and Charlie

11-12pm Group Discussion on Attachment & Enmeshment (how to not go down the emotional rabbit hole with your children). You Not Me Group Breakout Activity
