This spectacular chalet has a local free shuttle bus steps from the door or is 1 km (or 15 minute walk) to Morzine village below. This chalet was built with incredible attention to design and outstanding architecture.
Set over 4 floors, Pure Vida has 2 distinct entertaining areas providing plenty of room when the chalet is fully occupied. On the entrance level there is a large ski or equipment storage room with boot warming rack and a communal entrance WC . An absolute beautiful glass covered wine cellar provides the focal art piece as you enter the home. There is a corridor leading to 4 well sized bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with comfortable twin beds that share a beautifully designed bathroom and separate WC. Another twin room with ensuite lies further down the hall, which leads out to a balcony with table and chairs where you can sit for morning coffee. The outdoor hot tub can be accessed below. The 4th bedroom on this floor has a large queen and well appointed ensuite bathroom and separate WC.
A spectacular staircase leads up to the upper levels where it opens up to breathtaking mountain views and a large open plan dining, kitchen and 2 living areas. The whole floor takes in the views of Pleney pistes through floor to ceiling windows which open up to a large wrap around deck and outdoor entertaining area. Outside dining furniture offers the perfect place for an al fresco meal in the summer or a warm vin chad after a day in the snow. A log fire also sets the tone for this ambient living space. A large dining table is positioned to take in the views of the pistes and comfortably seats 10 with an extra 4 places at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen contains all modern appliances and an additional drinks fridge.
Stairs lead up to the family or master suite with private breakfast balcony and anther beautifully designed ensuite bathroom. The master suite also has a lovely view of the Pleney pistes and a lovely sunny position.
On the lower level of the chalet you will find a large washing/dryer room with ample supply of clean sheets and towels, a relaxation calming room that leads to a sauna and shower area and the outdoor hot tub.
